Ideal for patients who have difficulty swallowing or prefer not to swallow capsules or tablets.

One spray daily is equivalent to 250 IU of Vitamin B12.

Recommended dose:

• Adults above 12 years: 4 sprays per day on the tongue which are equal to 1000 µg of vitamin B12 or as directed by the Physician.
• Children from 3 years: 2-3 sprays per day on the tongue, which are equal to 500-750 µg of vitamin B12 or as directed by the physician.
